Property details, county and new pages can be edited without being an IT guru so there is no need for us to wait for a web site editor to be available to make updates.

• We have intentionally avoided having a search facility on the site, the dynamics of equestrian properties are such that it would be very easy to miss the perfect property with a simple price, acreage or number of bedrooms search. By their nature most equestrian properties can be extended, and many become more affordable than a purchasers original budget when there is potential for extra income from liveries, holiday accommodation or other business activities.

• Buy Page - This takes you to the properties we have for sale. They are listed in ascending price order so just scroll down the page untill you run out of budget. Click on a property of interest to access its full details along with a generous selection of pictures.

• Sell Page - This gives you contact details if you would like us to market your property, SEE works like a normal High Street estate agent in this respect on a commission only, no sale - no fee basis.

• Can I go on your mailing list? - If you do not find the property you are looking for and would like to be added to our e-mail database please click here to access the on-line buyers registration form. If you do not have an e-mail address call us on 01737 249199 and we will add you to our postal database. We will send you an update of any new properties that might be suitable, as they become available. Members of our buyer's e-mail database also receive a weekly newsletter update so that they do not miss out on properties that are just outside their defined criteria.

• Is your web site up to date? - We pride ourselves on having the most up to date and regularly updated property site on the web. We understand that a web site is an exchange of confidences, if we make the effort to keep it up to date you will trust it and use it.

• Can I put my property on your web site? - SEEquestrian.co.uk is not a property portal, our web site is the shop window of South East Equestrian Properties. We work in the same manner as a normal High Street estate agent on a commission only, no sale - no fee basis.
